This is a Titanium IWC Ingenieur Dual Time IW326403. It has a rubber strap with a Titanium tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides. It has an additional hour hand with a luminous arrow tip for the display of a second 24-hour time zone. In order to differentiate between night and day, the top half, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., is darker than the lower half. The GMT track has white Arabic numerals on the reserve around the outer rim. It has a solid screw down case back. The 45mm diameter solid three-body case, hooded lugs, and rounded bezel are brushed. There is a screw-down rubberized crown and crown guard; the rubber coating is also utilized on the five bolt heads adorning the bezel. The hour hand is adjustable in one-hour steps, which IWC has named the “TZC” or Time Zone Corrector. The dial is grey with luminescent skeleton hands, a thin center sweep second hand with a white luminous tip, and applied faceted baton hour index markers with luminous Arabic numerals at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions. Outside the indexes is a minute/second track. There is a date aperture window at 3 o'clock, it's water resistant to 120 Meters/400 feet, and it has a 42-hour power reserve at full wind. The 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Titanium IWC Ingenieur Dual Time IW326403 has a mechanical automatic self-winding IWC caliber 35720 movement that's rhodium plated and it's constructed with 27 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a shock absorber system, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. It has central hacking seconds, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
