This is an 18K white gold IWC Portuguese 7 Day IW500106. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18K white gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides. It has a screw down winding crown, and a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back with a serial number. The 42.3mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and angled concave bezel, are polished. The dial is metallic grey with applied white gold Arabic numeral hour markers around a perimeter railroad-style white minute scale with gold square indices. It has white gold leaf hands, and there is a trapezoidal date aperture window at the 6 o'clock position. There are twin recessed grey subsidiary dials, with luminous white markers, Arabic numerals, and white gold indicator hands, including a running small seconds register at 9 o'clock, and a 7-day power reserve dial at 3 o'clock with 1-day red warning sector. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This IWC Portuguese 7 Day IW500106 has a mechanical automatic self-winding IWC caliber 5000 movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 44 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a Pellaton winding system, a Glucydur beryllium alloy balance with high-precision adjustment cam on balance arms, and a self-compensating Breguet balance spring. There is a skeletonized bi-directional rotor with an 18K gold medallion inlay engraved "IWC-Probus Scafusia," (Fine Schaffhausen). The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
