It has a signed pull-out winding crown, a polished faceted rectangular slide on the left-side case band for the gong chime, and there is an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 4 screws and engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – SWISS MADE – MASTER MINUTE REPEATER – PEYRELONGUE - 151.T.67.S," and a serial number. The 44mm diameter solid round case, curved lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished/brushed PBD-coated titanium. The dial is completely skeletonized with applied orange Arabic numeral hour markers at the quarter-hours, and applied faceted orange rectangular hour indices around a perimeter white minute/hour scale. It has skeletonized orange baton hour and minute hands and the twin arches for the 15-day power reserve between 3 and 6 o'clock as well as the torque meter have skeletonized orange indicator hands.
