This is a stainless steel and titanium Jaeger LeCoultre Master Compressor Extreme World Alarm Q177.84.70. It has a grey rubber strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a cambered scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. It has a winding crown and chronograph buttons with twist-lock guards and red directional markers, and a crown at 10 o'clock for setting the world time dial. The 46.3mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and flat inclined bezel are polished. It has a solid case back secured with 4 screws and engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – EXTREME W-ALARM – 10ATM – SWISS MADE – MASTER COMPRESSOR – 1000 HOURS," and a serial number. The dial is black with "extreme w-alarm" in red, luminous dart indexes, and Arabic half-hour numerals It includes a luminous white outer fifths of a second/minute divisions, luminous steel alpha hands, and a central steel sweep chronograph hand with a red arrow tip. There is a rotating 24-hour ring for the diurnal/nocturnal hours in red and white, and around the perimeter is a black outer world time GMT disc with the 24 cities that represent the specific time zones, adjustable by the red Aluminum crown at 10 o'clock. There is an alarm function with a red center hand that can be deactivated by depressing the lever piece at 10 o'clock; it has a 2-disc retrograde minute and hour system visible through an aperture at 9 o'clock.
