It has a screw down winding crown, and the solid outside case back is engraved with "REVERSO – JAEGER-LECOULTRE." There is a solid reverse case back for personalization, and the interior of the outer case is engine turned with several hallmarks. The 26.5mm x 43mm rectangular solid five-body case, angled screwed lugs, and striated art deco-style tonneau bezel, are polished. The dial is white with a center guilloche rectangular reserve surrounded by a black minute/second scale. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, an index regulator, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
