This is an 18k white gold Jaeger LeCoultre Duometre Monopusher Chronograph Q6013470 It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold double folding deployment buckle, and domed scratch resistant sapphire crystals (front and back) with non-reflective coating. There is a rectangular chronograph push button at 2 o'clock, a ratcheted winding crown, and the case back is secured with 4 screws with an exhibition sapphire display, and it's engraved "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – SERIES LIMITE – DUOMETRE – 5 ATM – SWISS MADE," hallmarks, and a serial number. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and concave beveled bezel, are polished/brushed. The recessed matte black time dial has applied white gold Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, luminous white hour indices, and white gold feuille hands. There is a progressive minute sub dial at 3 o'clock with luminous white Arabic numerals and markers, a rose gold indicator hand, an arched digital aperture window inset. It has jumping seconds with JLC's new "jumping stop second" system that affords precision of up to 1/6th of a second when setting the time. It has two center sweep second hands, one in white gold for the seconds, and one in rose gold for the chronograph functions. There is a black recessed foudroyante dial for the seconds with a rose gold hand and zero reset. There are twin power reserve indicators, a white gold lever at 7 o'clock, and a rose gold chronograph lever at 5 o'clock. Around the perimeter are luminous white Arabic numerals every 5 seconds to 60. The edition number of the watch out of 200 examples is displayed in an arched plate at 6 o'clock. It has a power reserve of 50-hours at full winding, and it's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. The 13.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Jaeger LeCoultre Duometre Monopusher Chronograph Q6013470 has a mechanical manual winding JLC caliber 380 chronograph movement. It's German silver with rhodium plated parts, and a hand-decorated "sunray" cotes de Geneve patterning. It's constructed with 49 jewels, 390 components, blued steel screws, duo spring barrels and power trains, and an anti-shock device. It includes a straight-line escapement, a monometallic balance, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
