This is a stainless steel NOMOS Tangente Sport 501.S6. It has the new NOMOS stainless steel screwed 145-link bracelet with a folding deployment clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coating. It includes a fluted winding crown, and sold stainless steel caseback engraved "NOMOS GLASHUTTE; LIMITED EDITION FOR HODINKEE; OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED CHRONOMETER; TANGENTE" and a limited edition number. The 36.5mm diameter solid two-body case, curved lugs, bracelet, and convex bezel, are polished/brushed. It includes a gray dial with black Arabic numerals on the even hours, luminous baton hour indices, and it has pointed steel baton hands with SuperLumiNova inserts. There is a small seconds indicator at 6 o'clock. It has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 100 meters/300 feet, and the 7.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Nomos Tangente Sport 501.S6 has a mechanical manual winding Nomos caliber Alpha movement. It's made from Glashutte three-quarter plate, and it's rhodium plated, with cotes de Geneve embellishment. It's constructed with 17 jewels, a stop seconds mechanism for precision time setting, blued screws, a straight-line lever escapement, and a Triovis fine adjustment regulator. The Nomos Tangente Sport 501.S6 was created in 2019 in a limited series of 300 pieces for Hodinkee. It is also a certified chronometer.
