Omega 145.022-71 ST Speedmaster, 145 022 71 ST, 145022, stainless steel "HF" case on a strap with a steel Omega tang buckle, manual wind Omega caliber 861 movement, chronograph, original tachymeter bezel, 32 mil serial (1970), original black dial is in excellent condition and still has the original lume present, nicely matching original hands, Omega logo is still present in the center of the crystal, diameter: 42mm, thickness: 14mm. Excellent Condition with pouch and Extract from the Omega Archives showing delivery to Portugal in February of 1974 and confirming that the watch left the factory on a strap.
