This is a stainless steel Panerai Luminor Marina PAM00051. It has an integral stainless steel link bracelet with a triple deployant clasp, and a 3.5mm thick glare-proofed, scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a winding crown guarded with the Panerai protection lever, and there is a screw down solid case back engraved with "OFFICINE PANERAI – 500 M – STAINLESS STEEL" around the perimeter, and with "FIRENZE 1860 – AUTOMATIC – OP 6760," a serial number, and an edition number out of 4000 examples. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, angled lugs, and angled bezel are polished. The dial is white with black Arabic numeral hour markers, luminous dot indices around a black perimeter minute scale, and black baton hands with luminous inserts. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position underneath a Cyclops magnification bubble, and a running small seconds subsidiary dial is at 9 o'clock. There is a 42-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet. It has a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating, and the 15.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Panerai Luminor Marina PAM00051 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Panerai caliber OP III movement. It's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes and Cotes de Geneve embellishment on the bridges, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, an Incabloc shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a Glucydor monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).

The Panerai Luminor Marina PAM00051 debuted in 1999, and was produced until 2009.
