This is an 18K white gold Patek Philippe Calatrava Clous de Paris 3802. 18k white gold on a strap with an 18k white gold Patek Philippe tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull out winding crown with the Calatrava symbol, and a solid snap down case back stamped with "PATEK PHILIPPE – GENEVE – SWISS – 3802/200," a serial number, and hallmarks. The 33mm diameter solid two-body case, straight lugs, and "clous de Paris" (hobnail) coin edge stepped bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is white porcelain with black Roman numeral hour markers around a lower tiered reserve with a black minute/second scale. It has thin pointed gold baton hands, and a center sweep second hand. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. It has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 7.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava Clous de Paris 3802 has a mechanical automatic self-winding 310 SC movement that's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes and cotes de Geneve embellishment. It's constructed with 29 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions. It includes a shock absorber device, a, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, and an 18K gold rotor. It's stamped with the quality seal of Geneva, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe Calatrava Clous de Paris 3802 was retailed and stamped on the dial by Tiffany & Co. It was originally Introduced c. 1978.
