This is a platinum Patek Philippe Vintage Ultra Thin 3842P. It has a leather strap with a tang buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 29mm by 31mm solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and rounded tonneau bezel are polished. The dial is silver with applied diamond hour markers and white gold hands. The solid case back is screwed down, and it's water resistant. The 4mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Vintage Ultra Thin 3842P has a manual winding Patek Philippe caliber 177 movement that's rhodium plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. The nickel lever movement is stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It's constructed with18 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and the patented Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance-spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe Vintage Ultra Thin 3842P was introduced in the 1990's.
