Patek Philippe 3923 Calatrava 3923J, 18k yellow gold case on a strap with an 18k yelow gold tang buckle, manual wind calibre 215 PS movement, silver dial with applied yellow gold hour markers and dauphine shaped hands, small seconds at 6 o'clock, sapphire crystal, diameter: 31.5mm, thickness: 7mm. Excellent condition with box, original hangtag and undated papers.

This is an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe Calatrava 3923. It has an alligator leather strap with a yellow gold Patek Philippe tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a push-pull winding crown, and a solid brushed snap-on case back, inside of which is engraved "PATEK PHILIPPE – GENEVE – 3923." The 31.5mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and rounded stepped bezel are bright polished. The dial is silver with applied faceted rose gold"boat" baton hour markers around a dot minute ring. It has yellow gold Dauphine hands and a subsidiary running seconds dial is at 6 o'clock with black markers and a rose gold indicator hand. It has a 44-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 7 mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava 3923 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber 215S movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the quality seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 18 jewels, 130 components, five bridges, a shock absorber device, a straight-line lever escapement, and a self-compensating flat Spiromax balance spring. It has the patented Patek Philippe Gyromax® balance that's adjusted for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). The Patek Philippe Calatrava 3923 was introduced in 1986, in a limited series of 150 examples to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of Patek Philippe and it was exclusively made for the Japanese market.
