The 33mm diameter solid two-body case, rounded bezel, straight lugs, and screw-down exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 6 screws, are polished. The dial is rose with applied rose gold Arabic numeral hour markers, gold baton hands, an off-center subsidiary constant seconds dial between 4 and 5 o'clock, and a black inner minute track. It's water resistant to 25 meters/75 feet, and the 7.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava 5000R-001 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 240 PS movement that's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the quality seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 27 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, a straight-line lever escapement, and a patented Gyromax monometallic balance that's adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 22K gold micro-rotor mounted on ball bearings. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
