This is an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5066J. It includes a rubber strap with a matching 18k yellow gold deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 35mm diameter solid three-body case, straight lugs, and flat bezel are polished and brushed, with a screw-down crown and a transparent sapphire crystal case back for viewing the mechanism. It has a crown protector and a "Tropical" black composite dial, and applied yellow gold Arabic numerals hour markers. It has a central sweep second hand with luminescent tritium-coated baton hands and hour indicators. The date aperture window is at 3 o'clock. The power reserve lasts for 45-hours at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5066J has a mechanical automatic winding 330/194 movement that's rhodium-plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's stamped with the quality mark of the Seal of Geneva. It's built with 30 jewels, 213 parts, a shock absorber, and a 21K gold rotor. It has a straight-line lever escapement, the patented Patek Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). Patek Philippe introduced the Aquanaut in 1997, one of the great marine watches in the world.
