This is an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe Neptune 5081/1J. It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold deployant buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes a screw down winding crown with a completely protective crown guard, and a screw down solid case back. The 37mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned hooded lugs, bracelet, and flat coined bezel, are polished/brushed. It has a silver dial with Perimeter large applied yellow gold Roman numerals at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock. Inside is a black railway-style minute/second scale with black Arabic numerals around the exterior every five minutes to 60. It has gold leaf-shaped hands, a gold center sweep second hand, and there is a gold-rimmed date aperture at the 3 o'clock position. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Neptune 5081/1J has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 315SC movement. It's stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, and it's rhodium plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 30 jewels, a shock-absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic Gyromax balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe Neptune 5081/1J was introduced in the 1990's.
