This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Calatrava 5123R-001. It includes an Alligator leather strap with an 18K rose gold tang buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a signed pull-out winding crown and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a snap on half-hunter solid case back, and a subsidiary constant seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position with a gold indicator hand and “crosshair” marker. The 38mm diameter solid two-body case, gently curved lugs, and flat angled bezel are polished. The dial is silvery opaline with applied faceted rose gold baton hour index markers, gold dauphine sword hour and minute hands, and a perimeter applied gold pip minute track. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 44-hour power reserve at full wind. The 8.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava 5123R-001 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber 215 PS movement that’s stamped with the Patek Philippe seal quality mark, and it's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with18 jewels, 130 components, five bridges, a straight-line lever escapement, a Gyromax® balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a shock absorber mechanism, and a Spiromax® balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Patek Philippe Calatrava 5123R-001 was introduced in 2012.
