This is an 18k white gold Patek Philippe Grande Complication Tourbillon Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar 5207G-001. It includes an alligator leather strap with a white gold tang buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a white gold case with chiseled hand engraving on the sides as well as on the minute repeater lever on the left-side case band. It includes a signed pull-out winding crown and there are two correctors for the perpetual calendar functions on the bottom of the case at 6 o'clock as well as a singled round white diamond indicating a platinum case, and there are two additional correctors on the top of the case band at 12 o'clock. The instantaneously adjusting perpetual calendar strikes precisely at 12 in unison, and the 41mm diameter round three-body solid case, curved lugs, and concave bezel, are polished.
