This is an 18k rose gold Patek Philippe Minute Repeater Tourbillon Retrograde Perpetual Calendar 5216R-001. This spectacular watch includes an 18k rose gold case on a strap with a matching 18k rose gold deployment buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coatings. It has a signed fluted pull out winding crown, a curved sliding lever on the left-side case band for the repeating chimes, and there is a screw down exhibition sapphire crystal case back. It includes an interchangeable solid case back and the 39.5mm diameter solid three-body case, flat angled bezel, and curved rounded lugs, are polished. There are four correctors for the perpetual calendar functions including two on the bottom case band at 6 o'clock, and two on the top case band at 12 o'clock. The dial is opaline silver with applied rose gold "boat" shaped hour markers around a perimeter gold pip hour/minute scale. It has gold dauphine sword hour and minute hands, and a center red indicator hand for the recessed retrograde radial date arch with black Arabic numerals and gold pips. There are twin aperture windows for the day and month at 9 and 3 o'clock respectively and a large recessed circular tourbillon color moon phase subsidiary dial is at 6 o'clock with black markers and a constant running small seconds counter with a gold indicator hand. It has a 38/48-hour power reserve at full winding (depending on the functions utilized), and the 12.23mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The case is humidity and dust protected but not water resistant.
