This is an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270J-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching 18K yellow gold deployant buckle. The solid two-body case, stepped concave bezel, and fluted lugs are polished. It has a sapphire crystal as well as a screw-down, sapphire display case back, an alternative snap on solid case back, and correctors in the band. The dial is satine silver with applied faceted, yellow gold baton hour index markers and feuille hands, and a central chronograph hand. There are rectangular chronograph push buttons and a subsidiary seconds dial at 9 o'clock, with a moon phase and days of the month aperture at 6 o'clock. There is a 30-minute register at 3 o'clock, and a leap year indicator window between 4 and 5 o'clock. Included are an outer 1/5 seconds and tachymeter track, a minute track, and a day/night indicator between 7 and 8 o'clock. It has a 55 to 65-hour power reserve with the chronograph disengaged, it's water resistant to 30 meters, and the case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270J-001 has a Patek Philippe manual winding caliber CH 29‑535 PS Q movement that's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and the Patek Philippe quality seal. It's constructed with 33 jewels, 456 components, a shock absorber mechanism, and a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and a straight-line lever escapement.
