This is a .950 platinum Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270P-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a .950 platinum deployment buckle with a calatrava medallion clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes rectangular chronograph push buttons, a screw down winding crown, and there is a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back. There are four correctors between the top and lower lugs on the left side case band for changing the day, date, month, and moon phases with an included setting pin. The 41mm diameter solid three-body case, curved fluted lugs, and stepped rounded bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is salmon with applied blackened gold Arabic numeral hour markers at 10, 11, 12, 1, and 2 o'clock, and applied blackened gold square hour indices, around a railway-style minute/second scale to 60. It has blackened gold leaf hands, a center sweep chronograph seconds hand, and around the perimeter is a black tachymeter scale to 1000 UPH. There are twin white day and month aperture windows underneath the 12 o'clock position, and twin circular day/night and leap year windows are between 7 and 8 o'clock, and 4 and 5 o'clock. There are three salmon subsidiary dials with black markers, Arabic numerals, and black indicator hands, including a running small seconds indicator at 9 o'clock, a radial date/moon phase at 6 o'clock, and there is an instantaneous 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 3 o'clock. It water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 65-hour power reserve at full winding. The 12.4mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270P-001 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber CH 29‑535 PS Q perpetual calendar chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 33 jewels, 456 components, a shock absorber mechanism, and a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 6 positions. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and a straight-line lever escapement. The mechanism oscillates a 28,800 vph (4 Hz).

The Patek Philippe 5270 was introduced in 2011 in white gold, and this 5270P-001 in platinum debuted in 2018. Patek Philippe produced the original 5270 in 1941. If wound daily, the calendar won't need correcting until February 28, 2100.
