This is an 18k white gold Piaget Altiplano G0A39111. It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a signed pull-out winding crown and a solid case back secured with 6 screws and engraved with "PIAGET – MECANIQUE – SWISS MADE ," hallmarks, the Piaget crest, and a serial number. The 38mm diameter solid two-body round case, angled scalloped lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished. The grained grey dial is partly skeletonized showing the exposed gears and escapement and at 10 o'clock there is a large round off-center sunray silver time ring with black baton hour markers and white gold baton hour and minute hands. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 2 meters/7 feet, and the 3.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Piaget Altiplano G0A39111 has a manual winding ultra-thin Piaget caliber 900P. The case also serves as the main plate and the chamfered beveled bridges are black satin sunburst. The integration of the dial and movement made it possible to keep it the thinnest mechanical watch in the world at 3.65mm. The index assembly is signed with the "P" for Piaget and it's constructed with 20 jewels, a single suspended barrel, heat blued screws, 145 components, an anti-shock system, and a monometallic balance. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). The Piaget Altiplano G0A39111 was introduced c. 2014.
