More about Datejust Midsize Oyster White Roman Dial 31MM

This is a 904L stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 178274. It has a stainless steel oyster bracelet with a double folding deployant clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a screw-down winding crown with the Twinlock double waterproofness system, a solid screw-down case back, and an 18k fluted white gold bezel. The 31mm diameter solid three-body case, integral downturned lugs, link bracelet, and angled bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is rhodium with applied steel Roman numeral hour markers. It has steel baton hands, a center sweep seconds hand, and a railroad-style minute/seconds scale. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position underneath a Cyclops magnification bubble in the crystal. It has a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 10.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 178274 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 2235 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, an Incabloc shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, a self-compensating freesprung Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, and a quickset hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting. The movement oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
