It has a rose gold winding crown and a solid case back. The 38mm diameter solid two-body case, independently forged sculptural teardrop lugs, and stepped rounded bezel, are polished. The dial is solid sterling silver with two different hand guilloche patterns: the central large circular area features Grains d’Orges, and the radial date display and moonphase indicator have a fine basketwork pattern, while the outer chapter ring is Sauté Piqué. There is an arched cartouche displaying the brand’s signature at 12 o'clock. There are printed black Roman numeral hour markers around a perimeter black minute scale with dot indices. It includes rose gold observatory hands, and the canons riveted on the hands are also in gold. A rectangular date aperture window is at the 9 o'clock position, month indicator is at 3. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Urban Jurgënsen Reference 2 Perpetual Calendar has a mechanical automatic self-winding Frederic Piguet caliber 71 movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and anglages on the bridges. It's constructed with 35 jewels, a shock absorber device, twin barrels mounted in series, and a monometallic balance that' adjusted to 5 positions. It includes a 21k gold rotor with an engine turned guilloche pattern and the Urban Jurgensen crest.
