This is an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin Patrimony 44001/2. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes a signed pull out winding crown, and a solid snap down case back engraved with hallmarks. The 35mm diameter solid two-body case, straight downturned lugs, and convex bezel, are polished. There is a white dial with painted black Roman numeral hour markers, feuille leaf hands, and a black framed date aperture window is at the 3 o'clock position. The 6.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Vacheron Constantin Patrimony 44001/2 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Vacheron Constantin Caliber 1121/1 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the quality seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 36 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a 21k gold rotor, a free-sprung Gyromax beryllium balance that's adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, and a self-compensating Breguet balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 19,800 vph (2.75 Hz).
