It has an alligator leather strap with an 18K White Gold maltese cross tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull out winding crown, a snap down solid case back with a serial number, a corrector for the date function on the left-side case band at 10 o'clock and two more correctors in the right-side case band at 2 and 4 o'clock. The 36mm diameter solid three-body case, faceted teardrop lugs, and stepped angled bezel, are polished. It has a two-tone silver dial with applied yellow gold Roman numerals hour markers. There is a brushed perimeter ring with a black radial date scale. There are twin rectangular aperture windows for the day and month at 12 o'clock, and it has white gold feuille hands, and a center hand with a blue crescent indicator for the date. It has a 38-hour power reserve at full winding, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 10.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron & Constantin Triple Date 47051/000G-8759 has a mechanical automatic winding Vacheron Constantin caliber 1126 movement. It's rhodium-plated with côtes de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 36 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions. It has a self-compensating balance spring, a 21K gold rotor segment, blued screws, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
