This is an 18k rose gold Vianney Halter Trio Grande Date. It includes an 18k rose gold case on a strap with a matching 18k rose gold tang buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. The pull-out winding crown has a double-row studded grip and a curved exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 4 screws and engraved with hallmarks and a serial number. The 32mm by 44mm rectangular tonneau case, hooded lugs, and flat bezel, are brushed/polished. There are four decreasing-in-size "porthole style raised, riveted apertures including a large brushed silver time dial with black Arabic numerals and a perimeter railway-style black minute scale. It has blued "syringe"-style hour and minute hands and there is a circular day/night indicator at its 3 o'clock. Across the lower third of the gold ingot-like case are three different-sized riveted apertures including a larger silver constant running small seconds dial with a blued indicator hand and black Arabic numerals. The right are different sized riveted silver apertures for the grand double date. The setting functions for the time and date are independent so the date can be set at any time without damaging the movement. It has a 70-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vianney Halter Trio Grande Date has a mechanical automatic in house self-winding Vianney Halter caliber VH205 movement. It has the patented Halter "mystery-rotor," made of nearly invisible sapphire, and it's constructed with 42 rubies, 390 components, an anti-shock system, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). The Vianney Halter Trio Grande Date was released in 2007 as part of the "future past" Steampunk-style collection, the first tonneau-shaped offering from Halter.
