Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar, 3945/1, very rare variation of the 3945 with first series dial, 18k yellow gold case on an integrated 18 yellow gold bracelet, automatic Patek Philippe caliber 240Q movement, silver dial with iconic sunken subdials which were only on first series 3940 and 3945s, day, date, month, leap year, moonphase, am/pm indicator, applied white gold stick indexes and white gold dauphine shaped hands. Diameter: 36mm, Thickness: 9mm. Excellent Condition with Extract from the Archives dated 1987. The watch will currently fit approximately a 6 3/4 -7" wrist.
