Rolex 16550 Explorer II Transitional Cream Rail Dial. This example has a rare, cream-colored dial that is the result of a defective batch of white paint used by Rolex for a short period of time, stainless steel case is in unpolished, original condition, stainless steel 78360 oyster bracelet and clasp with 501 endlinks, automatic movement, beautifully aged luminous tritium hands and hour markers, original wide-font fixed bezel, date at 3 o'clock, GMT and center sweep seconds hands, 2 time zones, COSC, water resistant, sapphire crystal, diameter: 40mm, thickness: 12.5mm, 958XXXX (circa 1987), excellent condition with original Rolex box and 6-month European Watch Company warranty.
