New York, 18K yellow gold double hunter case (hinged on both front and back) pocket watch, manual wind movement made by Patek Philippe for Tiffany, white porcelain dial with black Roman numerals, black "moon" style hands, small seconds at 6 o'clock, diameter: 52mm, thickness: 13.8mm, serial number on case and movement 158XX, circa late 19th century, this pocket watch is offered in working condition and is out of Albert Ganjei's private collection.
