This is a stainless steel TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Tachymeter CV2A10.BA0796. It has an integral stainless steel TAG Heuer link bracelet with a double folding deployment clasp, and a scratch-resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. There is a screw down winding crown, and round chronograph push buttons including a red line crown at 2 o'clock. There is a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back engraved with 'CARRERA – SWISS MADE – 1860 – SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL – 100 METERS." The 43mm diameter solid three-body case, straight lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished. The dial is black with applied steel Arabic numerals every five minutes to 60, around a perimeter minute/one-fifth second scale with luminous triangular hour markers. It has steel baton hands with luminous inserts, a red-tipped center sweep chronograph hand with a baton counter weight, and the black aluminum bezel has a tachymeter scale to 400 UPH. There is a quick set steel-rimmed double day/date aperture window at 3 o'clock, and there are two recessed white-rimmed subsidiary dials, including a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 12 o'clock, and a 12-hour totalizer is at 6 o'clock. An additional black running small seconds dial is at 9 o'clock. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and it has a 42-hour power reserve at full wind. The 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph CV2A10.BA0796 has a mechanical automatic self-winding TAG Heuer caliber 16 (base ETA 7750) movement. It's rhodium plated, with fausses cotes and oeil de perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 25 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the movement oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
