Tudor 94300 Oysterdate Chronograph "Monte Carlo" SS Black Dial

The Tudor reference 94300 is a vintage Oysterdate Chronograph in stainless steel, built around the broad, thick Big Block case. This example has a black exotic Monte Carlo style dial with black subdials and orange accents, giving it a sharp, distinctly period look. It also has a fixed steel tachymeter bezel, a detail closely tied to the model's motorsport chronograph character. Inside is an automatic chronograph movement based on the Valjoux 7750, with a date display at 3 o'clock. The case measures 40mm across and about 14mm thick, so it wears with real substance on the wrist. An acrylic crystal, screw-down crown, and screw-down pushers match the reference's vintage tool-watch build. Tudor introduced the self-winding 9400 series in 1976, and documented examples of the reference 94300 appear from the late 1970s into the early 1980s. The bracelet most commonly associated with this reference is an Oyster-style stainless steel bracelet. The 94300 brings together the elements that make Tudor's early automatic chronographs so recognizable: bold color, practical functionality, and a solid, muscular case.
