This is an 18K yellow gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 116138. The solid, three-body case is polished and brushed, with a reeded bezel and a sapphire crystal with a "Cyclops" magnifying lens. It has a screwed-down case back and crown, and it's water resistant to 30 meters. The black Arabic numeral date aperture is at 3 o'clock, and the dial is white with applied baton hour index markers with luminous inserts. It has luminous yellow gold baton hands, including a center sweep seconds hand, and an outer minute/second track with Roman numerals. The leather strap has a matching 18K yellow gold deployant buckle. The case, dial, and movement are all signed. The certified chronometer (COSC) papers are included. The automatic Rolex calibre 3135 movement is rhodium-plated with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. Also included are Microstella regulating screws, and a hack mechanism.
