This is a stainless steel Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15450ST.OO.1256ST.01. It has a stainless steel link bracelet with a double deployment clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coatings. It has a screw down hexagonal winding crown, and an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 screws, and engraved "ROYAL OAK," and a serial number. The solid 37mm diameter three-body case, angled screwed lugs, and flat octagonal bezel with 8 hexagonal white gold through-case face screws, are polished and brushed. The white dial has a grande tapisserie waffle decoration, applied Royal Oak white gold baton hour markers with luminous inserts, luminous white gold baton hands, a center sweep seconds hand, and an outer track with black second and minute divisions. The date aperture is at 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 50 meters, and there is a 60-hour power reserve at full wind. The 9.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

It's constructed with 40 jewels, 280 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a suspended barrel, and the oscillating weight has an annular ring that runs on four ceramic ball bearings. It has a monometallic Gyromax balance that's adjusted for heat, cold, and 5 positions. There is a self-compensating flat balance-spring, an engraved 22k yellow gold rotor with a coat of arms, a variable inertia block balance, and a central hacking seconds device for precision time setting. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15450ST.OO.1256ST.01 was introduced in 2015. It was originally a project produced in 1972 by Jaeger-LeCoultre and Audemars Piguet, designed by horologist Gerald Genta, with a custom Jaeger-LeCoultre movement. It was named for the British battleships of World War II, which in turn were named for the oak tree in which Charles II of England hid from his enemies, the Roundheads.
