This is a platinum Patek Philippe Split-Seconds Chronograph 5959 P. It has an alligator leather strap with an officer's style platinum tang buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a screw down winding crown with a monopusher set in the crown that controls the start-stop-reset functions, and there is an arched rectangular pusher at 2 o'clock on the right-side case band that splits the twin seconds rattrapante hands that can measure two simultaneous events. It has a snap down exhibition sapphire display case back, and the 33mm diameter solid round three-body case, gently curved screwed lugs, and convex bezel, are polished. The dial is black with silver painted Breguet Arabic numeral hour markers with a perimeter luminous white minute/second scale with Arabic numerals every 5 minutes/seconds. It has fancy white gold spade shaped hour and minute hands, and white gold twin stacked seconds hands with circular eye counterbalances for the individual split seconds registers. It includes twin black recessed subsidiary dials with luminous white railway-style rings, Arabic numerals and white gold indicator hands, including a constant running small seconds register at 9 o'clock, and the split seconds rattrapante dial is at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding.

This Patek Philippe Split-Seconds Chronograph 5959 P. has a mechanical in house manual winding Patek Philippe caliber CHR 27-525 PS column wheel movement. It has the quality seal of Geneva rather that the Patek Philippe seal. It's rhodium plated with a lateral-clutch base, and is the thinnest monopusher split-seconds movement ever produced at only 5.25mm thick. It includes 27 jewels, 252 comonents, 12 bridges, a shock absorber system, a bimetallic compensation balance, and a Gyromax balance wheel. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
