Where you’re from:
Edinburgh, Scotland
The first watch that moved you:
Seiko 5 that I bought whilst living in Paris.
Why:
I bought a Seiko 5 watch in Paris as a souvenir, and it quickly became my favorite. Beyond its reliable automatic movement and great value, it holds a personal significance. Every time I wear it, I’m reminded of that trip—walking through the city, and the moment I picked it up. It’s more than just a watch to me; it’s a piece of that experience on my wrist.
Day-to-day:
Handling customer inquiries on a daily basis, evaluating trade values, coordinating and facilitating trades, and overseeing direct sales transactions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Grail:
Rolex 6062: It perfectly blends elegance, complexity, and historical significance. As one of the few Rolex models to feature a triple calendar with a moonphase, it stands out as a rare and sophisticated piece. The design is timeless, with a beautifully balanced dial that captures the golden era of watchmaking. Beyond its mechanics and aesthetics, the 6062 is a true collector’s piece—one of the most sought-after vintage Rolex models, embodying both rarity and prestige. Owning or even admiring one feels like appreciating a masterpiece of horology.
The world should know:
My first experience in the watch industry came working in the jewelry district in London, England. After some time in the industry, I developed and started selling my own range of watch repair tools and supplies. Since moving to the US a decade ago I have continued with this range, gaining valuable experience buying and selling online.
