Zachary's Grail

Where you’re from:
Raised in Sandwich, MA. Currently living in Boston.
The first watch that moved you:
Meteorite Dial Rolex Daytona Ref. 116519
Why:
I stumbled upon this watch online and was immediately captivated by its dial. At the time, I didn’t understand why anyone would spend so much on something that merely tells the time, but I was intrigued. The more I studied this piece, the more I realized that fine timepieces are far more than that. The engineering, art, and history of horology captured my attention, and my obsession had begun.
Day-to-day at EWC:
Here at EWC, I spend my days guiding clients in their search for timepieces that resonate with their unique style and preferences. I take great pride in forging lasting relationships built on trust and a shared passion for horology.
Grail:
Patek Philippe Annual Calendar 5036/1G. This watch is stunning. A horological masterpiece with understated elegance, and mechanical poetry combined with the rich history of Patek Philippe. To me, this is a perfect watch.
The world should know:
When I’m not immersing myself in the world of fine timepieces, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my French Bulldog, Winston. I’ve always been very active, thanks to my parents (who are still in better shape than I am). I continue to enjoy playing the amazing sport of lacrosse, having played at Washington College before graduating in 2019. Go Shoremen! I also love to golf in the summer and ski in the winter whenever I get the chance.
