More about Cabaret 107.021 18K Yellow Gold

This is an 18k yellow gold A. Lange & Sohne Cabaret 107.021. It includes an 18k yellow gold case on an alligator leather strap with an 18k yellow gold tang buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals (arched over the dial). There is a signed pull-out winding crown with a corrector on the right-side case band at 3 o’clock for the quick date adjustment. It has an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with six screws, and it’s engraved with “A. LANGE & SOHNE – GLASHUTTE SA.,” and a serial number. The 26mm by 43mm (including lugs) solid two-body tonneau-shaped case, four angled lugs, and rectangular bezel are polished/brushed. The arched silver dial has applied rose gold Roman numeral hour markers at the quarter hours, gold feuille leaf-shaped hour and minute hands, and diamond-shaped indices. There is a large double gold-framed window Big date aperture at the 12 o'clock position, and a silver recessed subsidiary constant small running seconds dial at 6 o'clock with a gold feuille indicator hand and a diamond-shaped skeletonized counterbalance. The A. Lange & Sohne Cabaret 107.021 has a mechanical manual winding ALS caliber L931.3 movement. It's Glashütte 3/4 plate in German silver, with Cotes de Geneve embellishment. It's constructed with 30 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, heat-blued screws, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, a swan-neck micrometer regulator, and a hand-engraved balance bridge. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). It has a 42-hour power reserve, it’s water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
