This is an 18k yellow gold Audemars Piguet Day Date Moonphase 25589/002. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18K yellow gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull out winding crown, and a solid snap down case back with a serial number. The 34mm diameter solid three-body case, straight notched lugs, and stepped bezel, are polished. The dial is white enamel with black Roman numeral hour markers around a black perimeter minute scale. It has pointed gold baton hands, and there are three white recessed subsidiary dials with black Arabic numerals, markers, and blued indicator hands, including a day-of-the-week register at 9 o'clock, a color moon phase indicator at 6 o'clock, and there is a radial date dial at 3 o'clock. It has a 40-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Audemars Piguet Day Date Moonphase 25589/002 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Audemars Piguet caliber 2224/2825 (base JLC 889) movement that's rhodium-plated, with "Grande Tapisserie" and "Cotes de Geneve" embellishment. It's constructed with a shock absorber mechanism, 33 jewels, 215 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 21K gold rotor segment. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
