This is an 18K yellow gold Breguet Tourbillon, reference 3357BA/12/986. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18K yellow gold deployant buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a screw-down exhibition sapphire display case back engraved "Breguet – Ref. 3357," through which is visible the completely hand engraved floral design yellow gold engine. The 36mm diameter solid three-body case, coin-edge band, straight lugs with gold screw bars, and rounded cupped bezel are polished. The dial is two-tone guilloché silvered solid gold with a centered time dial at 12 o'clock with painted black radial Roman numerals on a plain brushed reserve with the Breguet secret signature. It has blued steel Breguet hands and an outer dot minute scale. There is a visible one-minute tourbillon regulator at the 6 o'clock position, with a subsidiary 3-arm constant seconds hand on the shaft. It has a 50-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The mechanical manual winding Breguet caliber 558T movement is completely hand-engraved on a yellow gold engine. It's constructed with 21 jewels, 196 components, and a right-angle lever escapement. It includes a shock absorber device, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 6 positions, and a self-compensating Breguet balance spring with a Breguet overcoil and balance wheel load screws. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 2.5 Hz.
