This is an 18K yellow gold Breguet Marine Chronograph, 5827BA/12/5ZU. It has a leather Strap with an 18K yellow gold deployant buckle. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, stepped angled bezel with coin edge band, and straight lapidated lugs are polished. It has a sapphire crystal and sapphire display case back with 7 screws, and yellow gold screwed bars. The dial is two-toned hand-turned silver guilloche with luminescent applied blued steel radial Roman numeral hour markers on a brushed reserve, and Breguet hands. There are rectangular pushbuttons for the fly back chronograph, and the crown is screwed down. The outer track has luminous dots and Arabic numerals every five minutes, and there is a subsidiary small seconds dial at 9 o'clock with blue divisions. The 12-hour register is at 6 o'clock and has blue numerals, along with a date aperture window. It has a 48-hour power reserve and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 14.3mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding caliber 583Q/1 movement is rhodium-plated with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It has a hand engraved rose gold engine, and it's constructed with 24 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions. It has a shock absorber mechanism, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an engine-turned rotor segment.
