It has a gold screw down winding crown set with a sapphire cabochon and secured with a gold Cartier safety lock chain. It includes a solid screw down case back secured with 6 screws and it’s engraved with “PASHA DE CARTIER – AUTOMATIC – SWISS MADE – WATER RESISTANT 30M/100 FEET,” and hallmarks. The 42mm diameter circular solid gold case, screwed lugs, and flat, angled bezel are polished. The dial is silver with concentric circle guilloche in petals. It has black Arabic numerals on the quarter hours and there is a square railway-style minute/second scale. It includes blued sword hour and minute hands, and a center sweep second hand with a spade-shaped counterbalance.
