This is a stainless steel Girard-Perregaux Richville Chronograph 27650-0-11-1131. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved on the rim is "GIRARD-PERREGAUX," and the reference number "2765." It has angled rounded rectangular chronograph pushbuttons, and the 37mm by 37mm barrel/tonneau-shaped two-body case, downturned lugs, and rounded bezel are polished. The dial is silver with a sunrise guilloche design in the raised center tier, and Geneve wave guilloche in the subsidiary dials. It has black Roman numeral hour markers around a railway-style minute/seconds track at the perimeter. It has blued epee hands, and a blued center sweep chronograph seconds hand. There is a date aperture window between 4 and 5 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. It has a 46-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 12.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Girard Perregaux Richville Chronograph 27650-0-11-1131 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Girard-Perregaux caliber GP3370 movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes and oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 63 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
