This is a stainless steel Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Duoface Q2718410. The solid, five-body case, angled lugs, and reeded bezels are polished, with sapphire crystals. The alligator strap has a matching stainless steel deployment buckle. The Front dial is silvered guilloche with black transferred Arabic numeral hour markers, and black baton hands. A small seconds subsidiary dial is at 6 o'clock. The reverso dial is Black guilloche with luminescent transferred numerals, thin baton hour index markers, eventail hands, a subsidiary second time zone dial, and a night/day indicator at six o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, there is a 45-hour power reserve, and the 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Duoface Q2718410 has a mechanical manual winding JLC calibre 854/1 movement with copper-colored finishing, and fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, 180 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a straight-line lever escapement, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, and 5 positions. The mechanism oscillates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz), and the case, dials, and movement are all signed. The Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Duoface Q2718410 debuted in 1994, the radical concept being the reading of a second time zone on the back face of the reversible watch.
