Patek Philippe 3923 was made in 1987 for the 150th Anniversary of Patek Philippe, this model was exclusively released to the Japanese market, very rare stainless steel on a strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, manual wind calibre 215S movement, small seconds at 6 o'clock, silver dial with applied hour markers and dauphine hands, sapphire crystal, diameter: 31.5mm, thickness: 7mm. Excellent Condition with Patek Philippe pouch and extract from the archives dated 1987.
