It has a signed pull out winding crown, an alarm gong slide on the left-side case band, and a screw down exhibition sapphire display crystal case back with hallmarks underneath the lugs. The 38mm diameter two-body case, fluted curved lugs, and convex bezel are polished. The dial is a combination of glossy and matte black enamel with a repeating Arabesque pattern. It has white gold feuille leaf hour and minute hands and faceted white gold sword hour indices around a luminous white railway-style minute scale. There is a circular matte black small constant running seconds subsidiary dial at 6 o'clock with luminous white Arabic numerals, markers, and a white gold indicator hand. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 10.18mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Grand Complication Minute Repeater 5078G-010 has an automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber R 27 PS movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment and it's constructed with two cathedral gongs that are activated by the slide at 9 o'clock on the left-side case band for striking the minutes, quarter-hours, and hours. It has 39 jewels, an anti-shock system, and a 21K gold micro-rotor with "barley corn" guilloche. It has a monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism, and 6 position.
