This is a platinum Patek Philippe Grande Complication Tourbillon Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar 5207P-001. It includes an alligator leather strap with a platinum tang buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a platinum case with chiseled hand engraving on the sides as well as on the minute repeater lever on the left-side case band. It includes a signed pull-out winding crown and there are two correctors for the perpetual calendar functions on the bottom of the case at 6 o'clock as well as a singled round white diamond indicating a platinum case, and there are two additional correctors on the top of the case band at 12 o'clock. The instantaneously adjusting perpetual calendar strikes precisely at 12 in unison, and the 41mm diameter round three-body solid case, curved lugs, and concave bezel, are polished. The dial is honey-gold with a white gold circular center ring and applied faceted white gold baton hour markers surrounded by a white gold pip perimeter minute scale. It has white gold dauphine sword hour and minute hands, a gold ringed combination moon phase and tourbillon subsidiary dial with concentric circle guilloche in the center and a white gold indicator hand. There are three trapezoidal white gold-framed aperture windows with the day, date, and month at 10:30, 12, and 1:30 o'clock and there is a night/day aperture window between 7 and 8 o'clock with it's twin leap year indicator between 4 and 5 o'clock. It has a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating. It has a 38 to 48-hour power reserve at full winding depending on the complications utilized, and the 13.23mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It's not water resistant but the interchangeable solid case back and exhibition sapphire display crystal case back do protect from dust and humidity. It's rhodium plated with circular Cotes de Geneve embellishment, the Patek Philippe quality seal, and a tourbillon escapement. It's constructed with 37 jewels, 557 components, 15 bridges, an anti-shock system, and a Gyromax monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions. It includes a Breguet balance spring and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph The Patek Philippe Grande Complication Minute Repeater Tourbillon 5207P-001, designed by Terry Stern, was introduced in 2008 and it was produced until 2016.
