It has a signed winding crown with a raised Calatrava symbol, a corrector on the left-side case band at 9 o’clock, another on the bottom case band at 6 o’clock, and two more at the top band for adjusting the perpetual date functions. There is a snap down half-hunter exhibition sapphire display crystal case back with a thumb flip as well as an alternative solid case back, and hallmarks engraved under each lug. The 35.1mm diameter round three-body case, curved lugs, and angled bezel set with 68 fine white diamonds (0.684 carats), are polished. There is a silver-white opaline dial with applied rose gold Arabic numeral hour markers, leaf-shaped feuille hour and minute hands, and it includes an applied perimeter minute/second scale with gold hour pips. It has the quality Patek Philippe seal, and it's constructed with 27 jewels, 275 parts, and a lateral lever escapement with three arms under a polished steel bridge. It has a 22K winding rotor and the patented Patek Philippe Gyromax balance that adjusts for cold, heat, isochronism and 5 positions. It includes a shock absorber mechanism, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. The movement oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
