This is an 18k white gold Roger Dubuis Sympathie Bulletin D'Observatoire S37 570. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold Roger Dubuis tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a faceted brushed exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 screws, and a pull out winding crown. The 37mm by 37mm "carrée cambrée" (square cambered) solid three-body case, downturned lugs with screwed gold bars, and rounded sculptural bezel are polished. The silver dial has four oversized Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, 8 dart shaped hour markers, white gold feuille leaf-shaped hands, and a white gold center sweep seconds hand. There there are two railroad tracks, an inner one for the ours and an outer one metered for 1/5 seconds, which arabic numerals at each of the 5 second markers. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 7.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Roger Dubuis Sympathie Bulletin D'Observatoire S37 570 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Roger Dubuis caliber 57 movement. It's stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, and it's rhodium-plated, with fausses côtes embellishment. It's constructed with 25 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance-spring, and a swan neck micrometer regulator. Each piece from the Sympathie collection was limited to 28 pieces world wide.
