It has a white dial with elongated yellow gold diamond-shaped hour markers and applied gold Roman numerals at the half-hours. It has gold faceted dauphine sword hands and an applied Vacheron Maltese cross emblem at 12 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 40-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 4.3mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Extra Thin 33060/000J has has a mechanical manual winding Vacheron caliber 1003 movement.
