Omega 145.022-71 ST Speedmaster 145 022 71 ST 145022, stainless steel "HF" case on a strap with an Omega steel tang buckle, manual wind Omega caliber 861 movement, chronograph, original tachymeter bezel, 32 mil serial (1970), original black dial is in excellent condition and still has the original lume present, nicely matching original hands, omega logo is still present in the center of the crystal, diameter: 42mm, thickness: 14mm, Excellent Overall Condition and Comes with European Watch Co Pouch and Omega Extract from the Archives showing delivery in Purtugal in 2/1974 and confirming the watch originally came on a strap.
